Someone with experience in javascript

Would love for someone to make a script that would fill in a form with number. This script would be used in the game "Tribalwars" and would help me a lot 

What it has to do is fill in numbers in a form (picture below). The numbers must be changable by the user I tried, but coudnt really make it do any of the things i wanted...

I made it work  Was just the goto URL part at the beginning that refreshed the page and broke it  Thanks a lot!
