No referral link, can I post it?

Hi, I have something to ask. I don't know the right place to ask it so i think i just ask it here 

I have a site that pays me $3 per day. The problem is, you cannot join unless someone refers you. So you have to find a sponsor to join them.
As the forum rules require us to provide both referral and non-referral link in a thread, can I make a new thread about it? It means that there will be only referral link in my new thread.
