No virus scan = No approval

Alright guys lately I've seen a lot of bot threads pending approval only to find out that most of them did not contain a proper virus scan. The reason there is an approval system in the TPB section is so that the moderators can check the bot sufficiently before approving it to the public. This is designed to keep the rest of the forum safe from any malicious content. Also, many people have been complaining about their bots not being approved. This could be because of many different factors.
