Wordpress linking stylesheet headache

Wow! 
I've been busting my head for over 2 hours trying to link bootstrap and stylesheet.. 


Here's the working code, who knows you might face the same problem on day... commented code btw.

Code:I was struggling with Google site search script. I also posted a thread here asking for help but nothing. I then did a little search and found this freefind site which offers a free search functionality.

Here's what you gotta do:

1. Visit FreeFind
2. Insert your website address, email and press Try now, they will then send you password for your account.
