To be precise they are not accepting new members so far (that's what many people think) As I got blocked there few weeks ago I started searching in their site and bumped to their main website called:

Making long story short.
How to register:
1. go here: Our Workforce | CrowdSource
2. Click "Micro job assessment" well if you are good enough as you think, you can try to click both. As Writing jobs pays 0.03+ per WORD so 100 words is $3 + some bonus.
Well in my case it was a pain in the ass doing the writing test as the instruction is unclear. So I prefer doing the MJ assessment.
